Buiten Gebruik(en) / Use outside?

This is a Dutch language tongue in cheek photo. Buiten gebruik means out of order. But buiten in Dutch can mean outside and gebruik means to use. Use outside? We are outside!

I like funny signs so this is very appreciated by me, even though it had to explained as I’m not a Dutch speaker.
