    Hi Chris,
I just found out from the WordPress Help… To make your post link show on my photo challenge post, you will need to link to https://shareandconnect.wordpress.com/2019/08/24/fram/ (this is the link to the post showing on my main site)
rather than the one you clicked on the WP Reader. https://wordpress.com/read/blogs/12952901/posts/70119 (this is the link from the WP Reader)

Hope it makes sense… Sorry for the trouble.

No wonder I missed many followers’ post!

WP is not making it easy for users.

If all is well you have now six ping backs extra to the post on your main site. I wondered about the link as I put it in the first entry for a moment. But copied it in on the other five 🙂
The proper links are now in the posts.

        Thank you very much, Chris!
Now I know why I missed so many entries. Hope WP will make some improvement. 🙂

If more people made this error I suggest you add some text to the ‘how to participate’ section. If you mention that the link should be the page / post where the theme of the week is announced?

Thank you so much for taking time to re-link these! The link/ping back is something new to me. I’m hoping WP will make some improvement for us.
