I’d welcome robust lavender like this in my garden. It never stays long and does not propegate. One of my faorites!

this year lavender did really well. i love seeing it on the fields of the Provence, amazing how that smells. But this is a good surrogate 🙂

I do love lavender and when my s-i-l lived in Provence, it was so inexpensive at the markets. We were in the lavender-growing region once after the harvest and the scent still lingered everywhere. It was wonderful!

Yep, i can imagine it being inexpensive there, and i know how it feels to be overwhelmed by the scent. Unless you wear near a furness where they boiled to get the oil out, that was too much!
