This weekly theme is ‘fun’. André Hazes was a Dutch popular singer from Amsterdam. He gathered a big following and even a cult status. This is his statue on the Albert Cuyp markt in Amsterdam, the place he was discovered as a boy.

This weekly theme is ‘morning’. It can be the start of the day, a greeting, or maybe a feeling that is coming from what you see when your morning has just started. Here is a view that makes me happy to be inside a train. This one reminds me a bit of a Vincent van Gogh painting, a nice way to start your day looking at something beautiful.

The Netherlands are a flat country. Horizons are low. Sometimes you have the luck to cover up a scenic photo with a beautiful cloudy sky. Especially when your are driven in a just purchased new car. No cherries here though.
