This Spring the tulips in the front garden were a pleasure to enjoy for weeks. A last impression of these gorgeous and fierce flowers.

The tulips gave us weeks of colorful joy this year, but in May a storm started to end their blooming period. The petals gone, the stems left behind. Derelict.
