Candid: A Wedding In A French Village
A wedding on a Saturday afternoon in Summer in a small French Village. The photographer was the only one that spotted me.
The theme for the weekly Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #66 is ‘candid’.

About the B4 retouch series:
I browsed my archive for pictures to publish. Some of them are partly retouched but most do have scratches, dust and stains.
Shot with Nikon F90 on Kodak TriX, scanned from film and edited using Snapseed and Marksta. Click the picture for a bigger version

Such a beautiful candid photo – depth, smiles, seriousness, harmony. Well done.

I really like the groupings of people in this shot. Each group tells a story of that day. The photographer’s smile is priceless.

It was quite remarkable to witness this. Exactly as you describe: different groups and people that were there for the same occasion but did not seem to share more. I just walked around and took my shots and got indeed noticed by their photographer. I will publish one more I think of this wedding in this theme. Thank you for your kind words!!
